I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical supervisor, specializing in supporting individuals navigating anxiety/depression, neurodiversity, women’s issues, and life’s many transitions. I have also worked extensively in the acute care medical field caring for healthcare providers that are navigating stress, caregiver burnout, second-hand trauma, and career transitions.

As an LPC and business owner, I am committed to ensuring high-quality mental health services to all. I believe that everyone deserves access to affordable, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to their unique needs/goals.
