Hi! I’m Rachel.

Woman in a beige sweater and leopard print skirt standing in a forest path, smiling.

I’m glad you found your way here!

I am the Clinical Director and owner of Olive Branch Counseling, a group practice here in Tucson, Arizona. I’m a therapist and supervisor and come equipped with sarcasm, cursey words and humor both in my personal and professional life.

As a mom of neurodivergent little ones, I know how chaotic, overstimulating, but also full of love, laughter and compassion this type of family entails. I wanted to create a space where people who also might feel alone or misunderstood can find a soft place to land - with someone who really gets it.

All of us at Olive Branch do the work - showing up authentically and genuinely and doing the emotional work so that you have the quality of support and attention you deserve.

Neurodivergence refers to the natural variation in how people think, process information, and experience the world—often including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and other cognitive differences. Being neurodivergent doesn’t mean something is “wrong”; it just means your brain works differently, and those differences may make certain aspects of life challenging or need additional support to navigate.

In therapy, we honor and support those differences, helping you build a life that fits you—not the other way around.

While we specialize in neurodivergence, we offer support to other areas that you might be struggling with or wanting to navigate.
