  • Olive Branch Counseling does not accept insurance and we are a private pay practice.

    We can provide superbills to submit your paid invoices to your insurance plan for potential reimbursement.

    We recommend that you ask about potential out-of-network mental health reimbursement by calling the number on the back of your health insurance card.

  • Yes, each clinician holds a limited number of sliding scale slots which you are encouraged to ask about current availability.

    We are happy to search for referrals and make recommendations for in network therapists and our goal is to support you in finding the right fit for your needs and financial situation.

  • We have a 24 hour policy and ask that you cancel 48 hours before your appointment.

    If cancelling with less than 24 hours before your appointment time, we may apply the session fee as that time is reserved for you and is forfeited on short notice.

    In cases of illness or emergency, communicate with your therapist and we will work with you to avoid charging a fee.

  • Head to the Therapist section to read individual bios and get a sense of therapeutic approach, personality, and vibe.

    You can request a free 10-15 minute phone call with the provider of your choice in the Contact section or book a full one hour initial evaluation to meet with the therapist to see if you two might be a good fit to start therapy.

    We encourage meeting with multiple providers so that you can feel confident in your decision!

  • Nope. We love to support all types of folks but tend to be a magnet for ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD because of how we self-disclose our own lived experience.

    Neuro-divergent affirming therapy supports all neurotypes and looks at each individual’s needs and unique experiences.
