Hi, I’m Madison!

Hi, I’m Madison! As a counselor-in-training, I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. Outside of school and my counseling work, I’m a mom to an energetic, ice hockey-playing 8-year-old son and share my home with a sweet 14-year-old cat. I’m a big fan of all things fantasy—whether it’s a book or watching shows like Arcane and The Witcher. These escapes into imaginative worlds have always given me space to reflect, dream, and recharge.

For much of my life, I struggled with anxiety and depression without realizing it. Like many people, I thought my experiences were “just how life is” until I began learning more about mental health as an adult. I’ve always been someone who feels things very deeply, and my recent ADHD diagnosis has added another layer of self-understanding and compassion, and not just for myself, but for others on similar journeys.

My path into counseling began with one pivotal experience: interacting with a young transgender child whose courage and vulnerability inspired me to pursue this field. That moment sparked a passion for supporting children and adolescents, though I welcome clients of all ages. I also bring a unique perspective from my 12 years as a military spouse, which gave me a deep understanding of military life and the challenges it can bring. As a stay-at-home parent, I also know firsthand the mix of rewards and struggles that come with dedicating yourself to raising a family.

My rate is $65 for initial diagnostic evaluations, ongoing sessions (50 minutes), families and couples (60 minutes).

I accept private pay.

Using a holistic approach, I see clients as whole people, not just their struggles.
