Individual Therapy
Our 50 minute individual therapy sessions offer a personalized approach to addressing personal challenges and fostering growth for clients of all ages. Available in-person and through telehealth. We do an initial full hour diagnostic evaluation (priced slightly higher, at $15 more) at the first appointment to assess symptoms and diagnoses as needed for you or your child.

Couples & Families
Our 60 minute family therapy sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within the family unit through collaborative and systemic approaches. Available in-person and through telehealth.

Occupational Therapy
Alex Walcott is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who offers neurodivergent-affirming care. Services include sensory integration, executive functioning skills, emotion regulation, activities of daily living, and family functioning.
OT Evaluation: $165 - 60 mins
OT Session: $150 - 50 mins | $75 - 30 mins
Payment Options

We accepts HSA/FSA, debit/credit cards, checks and cash payments.
Card payments are run online through our electronic health record system called Simple Practice.
Payment is due on the day of service. Failure to pay will result in inability to schedule additional sessions until the outstanding fee is paid.

We are only in network with Aetna and will be phasing out of our contract on May 1st, 2026, at which point we will be no longer in-network with Aetna and solely available via private pay.

Our team holds a limited number of sliding scale slots. Please feel free to ask your desired clinician if they have an opening or to get on a waitlist, if needed!
You do not have to fill out a financial form or prove your income.
We also have several Clinical Interns who are under the supervision of Rachel Sommerfield, LPC.
They are able to provide low cost services as students but still receive high quality training, supervision, and a support and as an accessible option.

We can provide super bills which are receipts of your payment that you can submit to insurance to try and get reimbursement or apply towards your deductible.
You pay for the services first and then submit the statement to insurance after.
We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to see if your plan is eligible for mental health reimbursement.
