Individual Therapy
Our 50 minute individual therapy sessions offer a personalized approach to addressing personal challenges and fostering growth for clients of all ages. Available in-person and through telehealth. We do an initial full hour diagnostic evaluation at the first appointment to assess symptoms and diagnoses as needed for you or your child.

Couples & Family Therapy
Our 60 minute family therapy sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within the family unit through collaborative and systemic approaches. Available in-person and through telehealth.
Family: Rachel: $200 | Maya: $150 | Madison: $65
Couples: Krista: $165 | Bria: $165 | Maya: $150
Clinical Supervision
Rachel offers Clinical Supervision to LACs and LMSWs in Arizona. Rachel also supervises SPPs or Supervised Private Practices in Arizona.

Our entire practice accepts HSA cards, debit and credit cards, checks and cash. Payments are run online through our electronic health record system called Simple Practice. Simple Practice uses a secure Stripe online payment system.

Alex and Krista currently accept Aetna health plans including Meritain and Banner Aetna as well as all the Aetna HMO plans. We do not accept Community Health Plans (Medicaid).

Rachel is an approved Lyra EAP provider. Please inquire for waitlist.

Our team holds a limited number of sliding scale slots. Please feel free to ask your desired clinician if they have an opening or to get on a waitlist, if needed! You do not have to fill out a financial form or prove your income for this option.

For clients who plan to pay out of pocket, we provide super billing which are receipts of your payment that you can submit to your insurance to try and apply towards your deductible. You pay the full fee and submit the statement to insurance after for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to see if your plan is eligible for mental health reimbursement.
