Neurodivergent Relationships

Being in a neurodivergent partnership or family system can feel chaotic We help support your relationship by helping with communication, boundary setting, and attuning to your loved one.

Relationships are essential for us but they’re also messy, especially when stress, past wounds, or life transitions turn connection into conflict. In therapy, partners and families get a space to slow down, attune to each other, and learn how to navigate differences with curiosity rather than defensiveness. The problem usually isn’t that people don’t care, it’s that they’ve never been taught how to communicate, do repair work, or know how to feel safe enough to be vulnerable with each other.

How we support relationships —

    LGBTQIA+

As affirming therapists, we are honored to support you and your relationship. We recognize that being queer can bring unique challenges, including navigating judgment or criticism from loved ones, the impact of the current political climate, and the ongoing exploration of identity and sexuality within a relationship. Our goal is to create a safe, validating space where all parts of you and your relationship are welcomed, respected, and understood.

    Married + Monogamous Couples

We are thrilled to help you deepen your commitment to one another, recognizing the need to maintain connection, trust and intimacy in long term relationships. It can be powerful to explore areas of the relationship that may have become complacent or forgotten about, rediscovering the love and mutual respect that laid the foundation for you and your partner.

  • Ethical Non-Monogamy

We affirm and support a wide range of relationship structures, including polyamorous relationships, open relationships, and other forms of ethical non-monogamy. We believe there is no single right way to build connection, commitment, or family. Our work centers on helping partners cultivate the communication, honesty, and trust that are essential for healthy, sustainable relationships especially when navigating dynamics that may require additional clarity around boundaries, agreements, and emotional needs.
